Nisarg is a visionary leader and entrepreneur having ideated, built and led multiple successful business ventures.
As a seasoned finance professional with experience in the industry for over 23 years, Nisarg’s core skills in Advisory are raising debt, capital, restructuring and M&A transactions. Nisarg’s vision for creating Navifin Capital was to ensure that no business should compromise on growth due to lack of capital. As the Founder and CEO of Navifin Capital, he is responsible for setting strategic goals and purposefully guiding business operations to drive business growth. Translating his understanding of the market and channeling his entrepreneurial spirit, has been truly instrumental in creating a niche name in the investment banking practice. Nisarg has adeptly spearheaded multiple complex debt and equity transactions across emerging and frontier markets. Having extensively travelled across these markets and major global financial centres, Nisarg has developed strong networks with individuals and institutions including Financial Institutions, Fund Houses, Developmental Financial Institutions, Multilateral Agencies and family offices. Utilizing these relationships across borders Nisarg has over the years successfully assisted his clients with their capital raising needs. Channeling a passion for various aspects in this industry, Nisarg has been a Speaker at various forums on subjects of Project Finance, Trade Finance, Venture Capital, Leadership Lessons, Doing Business in GCC and Africa etc. and addressed conferences and seminars in UAE, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Oman, Bahrain etc. He has been invited as a guest lecturer at several Universities too, to plant the seed of thought in the minds of the young leaders of tomorrow. Nisarg is keenly interested in social service initiatives and participates regularly in various events for social causes in UAE and India. Nisarg also holds an Honorary position on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Department of Finance, College of Business Administration in Ajman University, UAE. Committed to delivering growth to business, Nisarg follows an “Open Door” policy, wherein anyone and everyone is welcome to a colloquy with him.
